The necklace may only work with the hugo blouse... if it fits inside of the collar on the bow blouse (and you can still see it) then I would pair it with that blouse as well!

The are your dark, DL bootcut jeans and your light cream colored blazer. Jeans (dark) and a blazer make the perfect business casual look.

The jacket is completely optional.  Cuff the sleeves to make it feel a bit more casual.
