Sales Representative

Do you have personal styling experience AND have experience in closing sales?

If you want to make great money while getting to work in the personal styling industry on a SUPER POSITIVE, fun loving team selling the BEST program in our industry then read on!

We’re growing FAST, and can fill up your calendar with back to back calls because we have so many interested clients!

About the role:

  • You’ll be closing sales over the phone.  

  • You’ll work remotely and have a flexible schedule.

  • We’ll give you a clear process and training.

  • You’ll be working with an amazing team who deliver the best personal styling service in the industry.

**Who we’re looking for**

  • 3+ years sales experience (preferably in high-ticket sales).  

  • Calm, collected PROFESSIONAL. You don’t get swayed by the ups and downs of sales, you show up with good energy regardless.

  • GROWTH oriented, you're always looking to improve yourself and your skills.

  • COACHABLE. You love being trained and coached to become better REGULARLY.

  • TEAM PLAYER. Loves working well with others to improve what we do.

  • You’re great at building rapport with people + listening to what it is they need. You’re sharp, assertive, and professional.

  • YOU WANT FULL TIME WORK- You need to be available at least 25 hours per week to focus on this position – we can discuss full-time once you demonstrate success in the role.

Responsibilities

  • Actively works to improve their performance, with or without oversight

  • Must be self-motivated

  • You’ll respond to emails to get clients booked on your calendar

  • Available most days from 9am - 5pm CST to take calls (and/or evenings and weekends) 

  • Ensuring proper tracking and notation of lead pipeline

  • Allowing Sales Manager to shadow calls, evaluate sales, provide training and feedback 

  • Following up with potential clients

  • Educating clients on our services from an expert perspective 

  • Provide insightful and valuable feedback on lead quality, show up rates etc. to help dial in lead generation strategies 

  • Use both internal and external resources to maintain up to date knowledge of our products and industry 

  • Attend Team meetings weekly (via zoom)

Results

  • All prospects are properly tracked within our software

  • A close rate of 25% of calls showed is maintained

  • Sales stats sheet is updated daily, by 6 pm CST Monday-Friday

Requirements

  • Amazing interaction over the phone / video conference 

  • Experience with high ticket sales

  • Excellent communication skills 

  • Excellent at building rapport 

  • Must be available for a full-time position 

  • Must be punctual 

  • Must have flexible availability to work on weekends, evenings, and mornings 

  • Open to growing rapidly 

  • Self sufficient and able to properly manage one’s own time
