We work with clients virtually all over the U.S. We offer complete custom wardrobe design & management for busy women who want to look and feel their best. Maegan & Karl are a husband and wife team striving to create a unique and fulfilling lifestyle for both their family and team. Maegan is the wardrobe expert and Karl manages behind the scenes. They live near Telluride with their son & chocolate lab. Maegan loves yoga and Karl loves snowboarding. Their sons are definitely the coolest kids you'll ever meet.

SHIPPING MANAGER

WHO

 

DO YOU HAVE A HIGH ATTENTION TO DETAIL? THE ABILITY TO meticulously MANAGE MULTIPLE PROJECTS? WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SHIPPING MANAGER THAT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INCOMING/OUTGOING PACKAGES. 

THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION 

(HOURS WILL VARY BASED ON TIME OF YEAR).  

Early on in Maegan's career (before watson style group was even on her radar) she managed a group of 100 employees that executed tasks similar to this position. Out of those 100 there were some who joked around while working and some who put on their headphones and got the job done fast and efficiently.  We want the latter, if that is you keep reading.  

 

SO WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? 

  • UNPACKING CLIENT ORDERS

  • INSPECTING GARMENTS, SHOES, ACCESSORIES FOR QUALITY 

  • PACKAGING CLIENT'S WARDROBES AND SCHEDULING PICK-UP

  • FACILITATING RETURNS

  • INVOICING 

Position Snapshot: WHEN OUR WARDROBE DESIGNERS SHOP FOR CLIENTS, THEY SHOP ONLINE.  AS A RESULT WE HAVE A LOT OF PACKAGES DELIVERED THAT NEED TO BE UNPACKED, INSPECTED FOR QUALITY, PACKAGED UP AND SENT TO THE CLIENT. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS ENTIRE PROCESS FROM START TO FINISH. OPENING BOXES, ORGANIZING RECEIPTS, MAKING SURE THAT ALL RETURNS ARE ACCOUNTED FOR, packaging up boxes and scheduling pick ups. You make sure that our clients get what was ordered for them, make sure it meets our standards and make sure that we charge the client correctly. 

 

This position has a flexible schedule but their will be deadlines you will need to meet.
