Full bust measurement (inches):

The circumference of your chest, across the nipples, at its fullest point. Remember there's a link to an instructional video above!

Natural waist measurement (inches):

Bend to your side, allowing your mid-section to crease, place the tape measure in your natural crease; measure the circumference around this point. For many, this is the smallest part of their midsection.

Full hip measurement (inches):

Place the tape measure around the fullest part of your bottom.

Full hip to floor measurement (inches):

Measure the distance from your full hip point (fullest part of your bottom) down to the floor (without shoes).
