Grab your pen and paper and find your quiet room! Draw a line down the sheet of paper to make two columns. In column 1 make a list of your most favorite things to do. In column 2, next to each activity in column 1, write how that activity makes you feel. Circle recurring themes and make a list of your ideal feelings in the space provided.

Grab your pen and paper and find your quiet room again. Next you will complete the famous exercise found in the late Steven Covey's book- The 7 Habits of Highly Successful People. Covey advises us to "begin with the end" and to do so we visualize people speaking at our own funeral. Begin by writing the names down of four people. One family member, an acquaintance from work/school or social life, a close friend, and finally someone from an organization or club you are involved with. Close your eyes and visualize your friends and family gathering in your memory. One by one visualize these four people speak about you. Take your time as you create the words that come out of their mouth. It may be easier for you to journal as if you were writing the eulogy. After someone speaks, pause for a moment to reflect and make sense of what they have shared. When everyone is finished take a look at your notes and circle themes that stand out to you. Please keep these notes, as we will elaborate during your branding session. Take the space below to list these values, notes, themes and insights.
